📖 What does the Activity History page allow?

The Activity History page in Sync Finance provides you with a complete overview of all modifications and actions performed on your account and by your collaborators.

You can track in detail:

• ✅ New transactions added

• ✅ Revenue, expenses, categories, and company modifications

• ✅ Deleted items

• ✅ Profile or subscription changes

Each log entry shows:

• Who performed the action (collaborator)

• When it was done (exact date and time)

• What was modified (revenue, expense, file, etc.)

• How (addition, modification, deletion)

🔄 Can you undo an action?

Yes! From the Activity History page, you can:

• Restore a deleted transaction if it still exists in the database.

• Re-add a transaction if it has been completely removed.

⚠️ Exceptions:

• If the action involved a file (e.g., document or logo deleted), the file cannot be restored for security and integrity reasons.

• However, you will still see the deletion event and who performed it.
