📱Adding a Product or Service
The Products & Services module lets you manage the items you frequently sell or purchase. These products can be reused in the Revenue and Expenses modules to save time and avoid manual entry.
🧭 Where to Find It
📍 Go to the left menu → Products & Services
You’ll see a list of all products you’ve already added.
➕ How to Add a New Product
Click the "Add a Product / Service" button
Fill in the following fields in the form:
✏️ Fields to Fill:
Name
The name of the product or service
Selling Price
The price you sell this product for
Purchase Price
The price you buy this product for
Serial Number
Useful for unique or trackable items
❗ Important Notes
The selling price will be automatically applied when using this product in a Revenue entry.
The purchase price will be used in an Expense entry.
If you add a product with a duplicate serial number, the system will show an error.
🛠️ Edit or Delete a Product
In the product list:
Click the ✏️ icon to edit
Click the 🗑️ icon to delete
📸 Include a screenshot of the product list interface
🧠 Tip
When a product is selected in a revenue or expense entry:
The transaction name and amount will auto-fill
Adjusting the quantity will automatically update the total price
